WHO AM I?

Builder
Maker
Coder
Designer
Thinker
Creator

I'm Sean.

I don't do bios. I run serial debug logs in real life.

You could say I'm a builder, maker, code wrangler, circuit whisperer, machine summoner, and AI wrangler — but really, I'm just the guy who looked at a WiFi toaster and thought, "What if it could also generate mesh network telemetry?"

While most people's hobbies include jogging or bingeing streaming shows, I unwind by writing microcontroller firmware while carving custom aluminum brackets on a CNC I built from scratch. Twice.

If it sparks, glows, talks to itself, or breaks — I've probably built it. Then rebuilt it. Then made it modular.

THINGS I BUILD

(ON PURPOSE)

I don't just dabble — I go full Frankenstein. Here's what fills my lab, my storage shelves, and occasionally my living room floor:

Full Stack Dev

Node.js, Python, Vue, Next.js, React, Supabase and many more. Building digital experiences from database to interface with style and precision.

Network Stacks

Complex IT environments from routers and switches to security controls and infrastructure. The backbone that keeps everything connected.

CNC Machines

I make, fix, and modify CNC machines with precision and creativity. Making metal dance to digital instructions with millimeter accuracy.

CNC Carvings

My machines don't just cut wood — they sing geometry. I design intricate, nerd-approved patterns that look like AI hallucinated a cathedral.

3D Printers

Delta, Cartesian, Cori Y... Yes, All of Them. If it moves on belts, rods, or magnetic rails, I've calibrated it. Bonus points if it jams mid-print and makes me rethink life.

Laser Cutters

Blue diode? Yep. CO2? You bet. I've focused more beams than a Bond villain.

LoRa Mesh Networks

I talk to devices miles away. Sometimes they talk back. Sometimes they form spontaneous societies.

Edge AI Devices

AI automation and infrastructure. No fluff, no BS. Just systems that think, move, and solve real business problems.

ENVIRONMENTAL INTELLIGENCE SYSTEM

Where distributed sensing meets wearable computing

I don't just monitor environments — I decode their whispers.

This wearable system is what happens when you give a maker too many sensors and not enough sleep.

Built around a network of ESP32s and Raspberry Pi Zero 2Ws, this system deploys sensors across a 2km radius to measure everything from soil moisture to gas concentrations to light frequency patterns. All that data flows back via LoRa to a 3D-printed Pip-Boy style wearable that doesn't just display readings — it learns from them.

While most environmental monitoring sits in weatherproof boxes gathering dust and occasional data, this system moves with you, bringing the invisible patterns of our world into focus through an OLED interface that's equal parts functional and unnecessarily cool.

Is it overkill for knowing if it's going to rain? Absolutely. Could it detect subtle environmental changes that precede natural phenomena? That's the point.

Technical Highlights

Edge AI Devices

Custom hardware running optimized neural networks at the edge. Because sometimes you need intelligence where the cloud can't reach.

Industrial Automation

Systems that make factories smarter, more efficient, and occasionally sentient (kidding... mostly).

Custom Tools

Bespoke solutions for problems that don't have off-the-shelf answers. If it doesn't exist, I'll build it.

CNC Machines

Building, fixing, and modifying CNC machines with intricate carving patterns. Making metal dance to digital instructions.

Network Stacks

Complex IT environments from routers and switches to security controls and infrastructure. The backbone that keeps everything connected.

Full Stack Dev

Node.js, Python, Vue, Next.js, React, Supabase and many more. Building digital experiences from database to interface.

Interface

Custom OLED display with real-time visualization

Body

3D printed wearable housing, Pip-Boy inspired

Intelligence

Edge-based machine learning for pattern recognition

WHAT I ACTUALLY LOVE

Forget the resume crap. Here's what lights me up like a freshly charged capacitor:

Unique Builds
SW/HW Bridge
Tool Making
System Elegance
Machine Empathy
Deep Understanding
3AM Debugging

SITE MANIFESTO

WHAT THIS SITE IS NOT

  • A portfolio begging for clients
  • A try-hard tech bro shrine
  • A sterile wall of buzzwords

WHAT THIS SITE IS

A look inside the mind of someone who truly lives at the edge — of circuits, of AI, of tools, of ideas.

If you're the type of person who's ever…

  • Reflashed firmware for fun
  • Spent 4 hours fixing a $10 part
  • Said "hold on, let me CNC that bracket real quick"
  • Wired a custom PCB on a Sunday
  • Or yelled "WHY IS IT BOOT LOOPING?" before coffee

…then you're home here.

LET'S JAM

(or Not, That's Cool Too)

I don't need fans. I need fellow weirdos who live in the blend between logic and madness.

So if you:

  • Want to build weird edge-powered AI things
  • Need help with something that scares normal consultants
  • Or just want to trade battery chemistry memes

You can find me — if you look hard enough.

But for now, just know I'm out here. Building. Testing. Making. Iterating.
